JOIN THE WASH

Recruitment for Spring 2025 will begin this semester. If you have any questions or concerns about how to join, feel free to contact our Vice President or Provisional Member Chairs here. 

Requirements

Anyone can join the Wash, including those without prior debate or speech experience.
​Provisional Members (those looking to join the Wash) must:

1. Attend at least one half of the semester's meetings including one full meeting
2. Complete one literary presentation
3. Participate in one debate
4. Complete one major and two minor services to the society
5. 
Attend one educational event related to the society's history​

HOW TO JOIN

Those interested in joining should attend at least one of the two recruitment meetings in the beginning of the semester.

These meetings are held in Jefferson Hall (Hotel C on West Range) on the following dates and times:
1. Conjuncti- January 23rd, 8:00pm
3. Signing of the Roll- January 30th, 8:00pm
All students interested in joining should attend the Signing of the Roll meeting (January 30th, 8:00pm) in order to officially declare their intent to fulfill the above requirements.
